By accessing or using Continuum AI Advisor ("Continuum", "the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Scope of Service

Continuum is an autonomous, memory-aware software utility. It provides guidance based on historical fragments you provide. The service is for informational and organizational purposes only.

No Professional Advice

Continuum is not a licensed professional. AI-generated advice does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on Continuum's output.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Continuum Pro Monthly — auto-renewable subscription, 1 month, billed monthly.
• Continuum Elite Monthly — auto-renewable subscription, 1 month, billed monthly.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Continuum and its developers disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from downtime, data loss, or AI inaccuracies.

Intellectual Property

The Continuum branding, logo, user interface, and memory engine are the intellectual property of the developers.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate safety protocols. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account in the app.
